Sometimes, a Google query result is revealed in a paragraph at the top of a search result. In search engine results, these boxes are called "Position Zero." This content directly answers a search query. They include an image and the content you were searching for in a visible box - which means you don’t need to click on any articles! This is what's known as a "no-click" search method - which is great for readers but not so good for companies that want clicks.


Try to include something in these featured snippets that will pull the reader in and encourage them to go on your website for additional information.



2. Inclusivity


Even a cursory glance at the top page headlines reveals the importance of inclusion in our contemporary context. Younger audiences and marginalized groups, in particular, want to see a more positive portrayal of equality in the material they read and the businesses they purchase from. 



            3. Sustainability


In 2021, people are equally concerned about sustainability as they are about the digital marketing trend of inclusiveness. So they want to make sure that the businesses receiving their money care as much about the environment as they do.


Design and content are important to making sustainability part of your brand identity. For instance, try placing a banner on your site, discussing hot topics on social media, using branded reusable tote bags, and incorporating green elements into your brand's visual identity design.


            4. Chatbots


With this AI-based solution, you can communicate with your customers and site visitors in real-time. Many consumers prefer interacting with chatbots since they are available 24/7. And, it’s a win-win - not only are consumers receiving round-the-clock help; you’re also gaining time to focus on more creative tasks that can’t be automated. 

 
  5. Voice Search


Many people rely heavily on voice-activated digital assistants such as Amazon's Alexa, Apple's Siri, and Microsoft's Cortana. When we use Google to search, we use different words than when we use Alexa.


For example, a person might search Google for "pet shelter Texas," then ask Cortana, "where is the closest pet shelter?" Therefore, explore the questions people may ask Siri or Alexa and then incorporate relevant keywords into your written content.
